At Kitwe Processing Ltd, we manufacture a variety of wire and steel products for the mining, hardware and agriculture industry. Following is the family of products we specialize in:

Wire Products:

• Barbed Wire: Rolls of 45kg and 25kg are manufactured.
• Brick Force: We manufacture 4”, 6” and 8” rolls.
• Conforce Wire: We can produce from 3mm up to 5mm wire, we make standard rolls and offer custom lengths as per request.
• Diamond Mesh: We can manufacture diamond mesh from 2ft up to 8ft tall. From 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.15mm or 4mm wire. We can make mesh size 75mm or 100mm.
• Wire Nails: We manufacture the full range of wire nails from 1” up to 6”. We are the source for local hardware stores, mining and agriculture industry.

Sheet Metal Products:

• Ventilation Pipes & Fittings: We have been supplying the copper mines Ventilation Pipes and Fitting for over 30 years. We manufacture any size from 15” to 40” diameter. We also manufacture the required fittings.
• Corrugated Roofing Sheets: We can produce from       0.23mm up to 0.80mm material. Standard material used is 0.30mm, however we can use thicker material as per customer needs.
• IBR Roofing Sheets: We will offer up to 13mtr lengths, both galvanized and color coated (Chromo Deck – for Acidic environment).
• Guttering, Ridging & Flushing: In addition to standard sizes, we can make custom sizes as per customer request.
• Door Frame: We make standard sizes 725 X 1960 and 825 X 1960, for 4”, 6” and 8” brick/block walls. We are capable of making custom sizes.
• Window Frame: We manufacture all standard sizes, plus we can make custom sizes
• Steel Trunks: We have a range of standard sizes, however we can produce custom sizes based on customer specs.
